Taste of Times Square
WHAT: One of New York City's most mouth-watering outdoor food festivals.

(Come early for the best selection of food)
WHERE: West 46th Street between Broadway and Ninth Avenue, including historic Restaurant Row.
ADMISSION: FREE. Taste of Times Square coupons can be purchased at the event and are redeemable for "tastes" and beverages at each of the booths.

Dancing at the Crossroads

Times Square Kiss-In
WHAT: On the anniversary of the end of World War II, the Times Square Alliance invites you to celebrate again in Times Square, in honor of the US Armed forces and in celebration of the universal ideals of peace, love and hope.

Broadway on Broadway
WHAT: It's a Times Square classic: 50,000 spectators at the Crossroads of the World, live numbers from Broadway shows performed on a giant outdoor stage, television cameras, a galaxy of celebrity performers, and a big finale with loads of confetti. What's not to like?

Metropolitan Opera Opening Night Transmitted Live to Times Square
WHAT: For the third year in a row, the Met presents its groundbreaking opening-night relay to Times Square. The gala performance will be transmitted live onto Times Square's giant outdoor screens.

WHERE: 43rd-45th Streets at Broadway.

Times Square Dog Day Masquerade
WHAT: Times Square goes to the dogs for a fun-filled afternoon of canine camaraderie to raise awareness for Animal Haven’s Adopt-a-Pet program.

First Day of Spring in Times Square
WHAT: A jazz ensemble leads a New Orleans-style "funeral procession" through the streets of Times Square, bidding farewell to Winter and a welcome to Spring.
