Sunday Roasts at Aureole

Our Executive Chef, Marcus Gleadow-Ware, hails from England where there’s nothing more traditional than a roast on Sunday. Our new version of the Sunday supper includes three courses and wine. The meal begins with a first course chef’s selection of seasonal ingredients influenced by Chef Ware’s British heritage with an Aureole twist. The main course, a Roast Rib of Beef with local vegetables and Yorkshire pudding is the perfect dish for winter Sundays. Our pastry chef, Pierre Poulin finishes off the meal with his Sticky Toffee Pudding replete with pecan nuts and Maker’s Mark ice cream. Includes a bottle of wine to be shared by two, selected by our wine director to complement your meal; a choice of red or white wine will be offered each week.
