Unroll your yoga mat and take a FREE outdoor class in the center of the world’s busiest intersection. Join the Times Square Alliance and mark the longest day of the year with “Mind Over Madness” yoga from 5:30 am – 9:15 pm. After class, stick around and visit our yoga village for more activities and giveaways.
While you register, consider contributing to two of our favorite yoga related charities, Bent on Learning and Urban Zen. We will match your contributions up to $5,000. Learn more about these great opporunites.
In light of construction taking place in Times Square this year, we may have fewer available participant slots for this event. In part to address that, we are proud to roll out the MindBody Sol Conference on Sunday, June 22. Click here to learn about this exciting second day of Solstice programming presented by MINDBODY Connect with a full schedule of master classes, meditation and other ways to nurture yourself and stay centered all year round amidst the frenzy of the city.
