Nicole Nichols (Narayani) has been teaching yoga in New York City and abroad since 1995. She is blessed to have been trained directly by Sharon Gannon and David Life, and received her spiritual name from Sharon Gannon in 2003. Narayani is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and is known for her chanting, humor, choreographic sequencing, and knowledge of the subtle body. Widely considered a "teacher's teacher," her classes are inspired by devotional scripture and music, and her training in classical dance. The experience becomes a full-body moving prayer using mantra, asana, breath, and inner meditation to arrive at a transformed state of mind through which to view and serve the world. Narayani also studies and practices Tibetan Buddhism in the Gelukpa Tradition, the lineage of the Dalai Lamas, and is a certified teacher for the Yoga Studies Institute.

Patrick Lynch has been practicing Bikram Yoga for 8 years and has been teaching since December 2005. He began his yoga practice at Bikram Yoga NYC in the Midtown location on 8th Avenue and teaches exclusively for Bikram Yoga NYC.

Patrick founded the Bikram Yoga NYC Cabaret Night, a monthly karma cabaret that raises money for various charities and showcases the many talented yogis of Bikram Yoga NYC. Check us out on YouTube.

Douglass Stewart is one of the founders of Solstice in Times Square and has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. He currently teaches at YogaWorks and is also one of the senior teachers at the ISHTA Yoga Center where he’s part of the Teacher Training program. Douglass is inspired by the current events of our time, bringing to light the power of yoga in this day and age.
