	Retail Vacancy Map The Times Square Alliance conducts monthly ground floor retail surveys to track vacancies in the district. These surveys are included in our monthly retail vacancy map that is sent to a select group of brokers. This map is updated monthly to reflect the latest changes in retail space availability.
	Residential and Commercial Development The Alliance monitors residential and commercial development in the district.  The following map is updated to track ongoing and forthcoming development projects.
