Submit an Event

Have an already approved and permitted event happening in Times Square or a special event or live performance happening in a Times Square venue? If you would like it to be included in our events listings, please fill out the form below.

IMOIRTANT: THIS FORM IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF LISTING THE EVENT ON THIS WEBSITE NOT TO APPLY FOR AN EVENT PERMIT. Please note that events promoted on this website are subject to approval by the Times Square Alliance. Please allow 72 hours for approval. Events outside of the Times Square district (roughly 40th to 53rd Sts from 8th Ave east to almost 6th Ave and Restaurant Row on 46th St between 8th and 9th Ave) will not be posted.
