Times Square is a major transportation hub of New York City. Many of the city’s subway lines run through the 42nd Street Times Square Station so you can easily get from here to anywhere in Manhattan. More than 20 bus carriers transport over 200,000 people everyday including Greyhound and Megabus and a multitude of airport shuttles at Port Authority on 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. Plus, you also have your choice of hailing a taxi, taking a bus, or even the occasional pedicab. Find out more information on transit options in Times Square.

Is Times Square your starting point to see all of Manhattan? Consider getting CitySights and Gray Line New York tickets. They offer tours on their iconic double-decker buses where you can hop on and hop off at major sights throughout the city. Find out more information on tours in Times Square.

If you’re driving in for a Broadway show or dinner, there are several parking garages in Times Square with options for long and short term parking. Find out more information on parking in Times Square.

Not sure how to get from one place to the next?  Ask a Times Square Public Safety Officer for directions and they’ll be happy to assist you!
