COUNTDOWN TO NYE
The World's Big Sleep Out is a one-time global event that will see over 50,000 people sleeping out in iconic locations like Times Square and Trafalgar Square but also backyards, football fields, and parking lots in more than 50 cities around the world, shining a global spotlight on homelessness and internationally displaced people.
1,110 participants will Sleep Out in four plazas in Times Square, with an $8,000,000 NYC fundraising goal through donations and peer-to-peer fundraising. Will Smith will read a bedtime story, and those impacted by homelessness will tell their stories. Register now to Sleep Out individually or as a team (teams will be able to sleep in the same area).
100% of the funds raised from this event will go towards registered charities helping homeless and displaced people, both in New York and internationally.
