COUNTDOWN TO NYE
Over the course of four two-hour sessions, this lab will use a number of specific ghost stories as a launching off point for visual exploration and creation over Zoom. Participants will begin with an investigation of atmosphere and imagery, and end the course with participants sharing their own short-form original works.
This lab will focus on collaboration, text analysis, spontaneous creation, and performance. Bring a sense of openness, generosity, and play! If possible, it is preferred that participants are Zooming from a laptop in a space where they can feel comfortable and confident moving about and taking risks. Access to either Dropbox and/or Google Drive will allow group work to be shared.
All sessions to be conducted via Zoom.
