Celebrate the life of playwright Terrence McNally, who passed away last year from COVID-19 at 81 years old. The celebration will be open to the public and all who love Terrence are welcome. There will be readings, performances and tributes from some of his closest friends and collaborators.

A five-time Tony Award recipient (including a special award for lifetime achievement in the theater), Terrence McNally wrote the plays Love! Valour! Compassion!, Master Class, Mothers and Sons, and Frankie and Johnnie in the Clair de Lune; the books for musicals including Ragtime, Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Full Monty, and Anastasia; and many more.

The event will take place on Monday, November 1st from 4:00–6:00pm at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. As with all theatres, masks and proof of vaccination will be required to enter.
