Summer workouts just got hotter. Join us in the heart of Times Square for outdoor cardio, kickboxing, yoga, HIIT, and more with Phantom Fitness elite coaches. Free 30-minute group workouts every Thursday night in July are part of TSQ LIVE and the Festival of New York.

Classes begin at 5 pm and last 30 minutes, followed by a 30 minute mixer! Sign up in advance on Eventbrite or through the form below.

About Phantom Fitness

PHANTOM Fitness was created in 2021 by celebrity fitness trainer Rhys Athayde, who wanted to bring health and fitness to the comfort of people’s homes during the pandemic. He has years of experience starting-up and running luxury gyms in New York City and Los Angeles as an executive, and has over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning training, boxing, and wrestling. In these roles, Rhys has worked with clients of various fitness levels and goals.
