COUNTDOWN TO NYE
In the center of the screen, amidst a dark void, a single hand holds a glowing model of the Moon. In two bursts, a second, unseen hand pours honey onto the orb. The viscous, translucent gold fluid flows over the surface of the Moon and the fingers of the hand, streaming into the darkness below. The fingers seem to react to the experience, moving through the honey and caressing the globe.
For the month of February, HONEY MOON will play on Times Square's electronic billboards each night from 11:57pm to midnight.
Midnight Moment is the world’s largest, longest-running digital art exhibition, synchronized on electronic billboards throughout Times Square nightly from 11:57pm to midnight. Presented by the Times Square Advertising Coalition and curated by Times Square Arts since 2012, it has an estimated annual viewership of 2.5 million.
