For smaller events, Lucille’s Grill is a haven in Times Square. The mahogany framed restaurant, decorated with colorful contemporary art and a bar featuring our signature saxophone beer taps. Its built-in video screen and stage are ideal for any small performances or meetings requiring A/V. For larger events, both rooms can be used in conjunction with each other accommodating up to 1,300 guests. Clients have the option to choose amongst a variety of menus. A 46 story beacon with its glowing Times Square worthy collection of dazzling exterior signage, The Cowne Plaza offers some of the best seats on Broadway in more than 23,000 square feet of function space, including two ballrooms, the larger of which can accommodate up to 700. Dos Caminos Times Square offers a variety of pre-fixed menus for groups of 15 or more in private or semi-private dining spaces, which are available for festive celebrations and special occasions before or after a Broadway show! The dedicated private dining room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated dinner and 70 guests for a reception. Spread over throughout two floors, the spacious Dos Caminos Times Square features 2 bars and a DJ booth, providing space for up to 400 guests mingling and 200 seated.

Haven's Main Rooftop is on the 10th floor, designed as a horseshoe layout and is a climate-controlled all-season venue with a casual ambiance. The venue is heated and enclosed throughout the winter. On the hotel's 8th floor, they have the Lower Deck Roof which is a 1,080 square foot space holding 150 guests for a cocktail reception in the summer and 72 comfortable at round tables. It's also fully outdoors during the summer but during the winter, they tent and heat the covered area. The VIP Roof has magnificent views as a totally outfoor summer space on the 11th floor with direct line of sight to Times Square's bustling activity. It holds 30 guests comfortably with 2 levels: one for standing and an upper level that can be set up with couches for lounging or can also become a location for a seated dinner of up to 15. In the heart of Times Square Theater District, Pergola Des Artistes brings you the hospitality and regional French cuisine of a small bistro in France to your private parties or events. As a family-run restaurant, celebrating 50 years in Times Square, we know how to make you and your guests welcome. The restaurant street-level and wheelchair accessible.
Most of our private parties are held on Sunday and Monday when the restaurant is closed to the public, but we often accomodate groups many other days of the week. Menus start at $35/per person including gratuity. Tax will be added unless you are a tax-exempt organization in New York.

Playstation Theater is a 2100-capacity venue operated by AEG LIVE and designed by the award-winning architect David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group. The venue officially opened in September 2005, and has the capability to hold a wide array of events, including concerts, live television, web broadcasts, live recordings, award shows and event parties.
The marquee is an 85-foot long LED high definition screen which can display both live and digital video. It is one of the largest marquees on Broadway, and is directly connected to the MTV marquee. Its interactive text messaging capabilities and the ability to broadcast events live from the stage directly to the marquee (in real time) make it truly impressive, to say the least.
