Join us for Cool Zone, a free, family-friendly event in the heart of Times Square, brought to you by the Times Square Alliance in collaboration with Street Lab. On August 6th and 7th, our plazas will transform into a pop-up soccer zone where kids and families can enjoy some soccer and summer fun in the middle of the city.
Need to cool off? Duck into our cooling tent for shade and a break from the sun, and stick around for free ice cream for kids. Whether you're a local or just passing through Times Square, Cool Zone is a chance to play and beat the heat together.
Free and open to all. No registration required.
Your wishes will be added to the confetti that flutters down in the heart of Times Square on New Year's Eve! Each year, people from around the planet include their wishes for the new year on pieces of official Times Square New Year's Eve confetti, either digitally or in person.
