TSQ LIVE DJ Sets: Mayv

Every Tuesday, TSQ LIVE presents an eclectic assortment of music from some of the city's most popular nightclubs, collectives, and DJs.

Brooklyn-based producer, DJ, and creator MAYV makes dance music that blends raw emotion with a groove intended for the dance floor. Whether she's producing tracks on trains, exploring new places with her digicam, or playing a late-night set, she's all about sharing a slice of life and reminding people that creating things is supposed to be fun.

Her music has been featured on Spotify's Fresh Finds and on a Spotify billboard in New York City. Through her music, DJ sets, and YouTube videos, MAYV invites people into the process of it all (creative flow, travel, and the moments in between). Her sets weave together original music and the things that inspire her most at the current moment with the goal of creating a space where people can feel it too.
